 Sark has good reputation of developing.,Flood & Choice doing good, especially Choice. If we dont  win though recruiting will be harder and the top rated players out of state might be hesitate.

I haven’t felt this good about a season since 2005.  Not saying we are going to win it all, but this roster is full of talent, and the feeling around the team is confident.

Please name one team in the country that doesn’t want one more 5 star. Please name one team in the country that doesn’t have one area of concern.

Watts is the only one who has paid dividens.. You might be right about leting players go but so for it has not paid off in wins.

Carter, Catlon, Holmes, Mitchell all might be good or might not be. Big win season and all is right again. Same season as usual and wolves will howl for new coach.

 To e season needs three things to happen to be great.

Yep, no question Quinn is the most important portal pick up with regards to how successful this team is this year. 

Yep, and if you put him and Watts in with the recruiting classes, massive improvement in the roster.

Because the jury may still be out on Quinn with some of you, but not with me. This young man is extremely talented.

Keilan Robinson gets forgotten as well. He won't be the main guy but a nice weapon.

I think the portal success will look a lot different after this season. Isaiah Neyor, Adonai Mitchell, Catalon, Trill Carter, Gavin Holmes, and even Ryan Sanborn (punter) could all play major roles this year.

I think this portal class was the first time that Texas was approaching from a position of strength and not desperation. If we can keep bringing in portal players like this each year, it will only improve the strength of our roster.

I think another guy that gets forgotten is Tucker-Dorsey. He wasn't an all conference type guy, but he was solid, at a position of need for us last year.

I agree. This year we were finally able to approach the portal from a position of strength and cherry pick only what we needed. I hope we are able to maintain this position of strength and only use the portal to fill small weaknesses.
