Go back and watch the ULM game. Arch struggled in the game, ended up with a similar QBR to Quinn against OU.

The backup QB is always the most popular player on the team when there is any amount of struggle by the offense.

Quinn will be just fine and Arch isn't a surefire improvement. Likely he would have more negative moments than Quinn over the remainder of the schedule.

Not going to argue your points, but base on QE beginnings - going back as far as you want - perhaps Sark should have a scrimmage before the game for QE. That way he is ready to play and loses his happy feet.

It does seem that Quinn is incredible when he sees what he expects to see but is thrown off significantly if surprised by the defense.

It is possible that a player like Arch will be better at improvising when things aren't as expected on a particular play.
