Hard not to when you have zero live-game action for almost 4 weeks. He made many mistakes today but wasn't terrible against a defense designed to take away the passing game. It took him and Sark a bit to get adjusted to what the sooners were doing. The defense played well and allowed them both that time. Seems like the ghost of the poster who shall remain nameless is floating through today's game board.

With the drought of truly great Texas QBs over the last 15 years, I'll happily take it.
