Other than the junior analyst standing right next to Harbaugh all the time, of course.

It's an alternative reality they are trying to create. Okay you have evidence of illegal scouting by one of our analysts, but it didn't give us any competitive advantages, because we say it didn't.

It's very difficult to believe the guys calling the plays weren't getting this information, which obviously gives them a competitive advantage. Harbaugh isn't an idiot, he more then likely new where the information was coming from, and if you want to take him at his word that he didn't know, then it's on him for not finding out.

If the University of Michigan was at all interested in the truth, then they would hire an independent firm to do a fact finding investigation, instead of repeating the same crap , and threatening litigation if they are penalized.

If his information was not used, why would he continue doing it over an extended period of time?
exactly, it looks like this went on for at least two years. If he wasnt bringing in something of value for his efforts he would have been fired a long time ago.

This.

I listened to ESPN sirrius radio today where they spoke on this. I wanted to throw up.

Michigan took a highly political approach to their letter, even saying that there's no evidence to support Michigan did anything wrong.

If that were true, why then did they fire Stallions? And if Stallions' work in this regard were not benefitting Michigan staff, his bosses, why would he continue game after game?

I'd say there's some pretty damning evidence on Michigan already and it is already circulating throughout the country.

I think the Big 10 should take action outside of what the NCAA does. Otherwise, that conference will have an uprising on their hands. Sending scouts to watch future opponents is against conference by-laws. There is ample evidence Michigan violated that repeatedly for a long period of time.

Pretty much every school in the Big 10 is pissed right now and want some action.

I'd guess the Big 10 secretly hopes that Penn State beats Mich this week then they lose to OSU so it is not an issue. If that happens, they will quietly sweep everything under the rug and Jimmy Boy will ride off to the NFL. I think it would be hilarious if PSU wins then Mich beats Ohio St.

Your scenario helps Texas make the CFP, so I'm all for it.

I think Penn State has a better chance of beating Michigan at home than beating Ohio State at the Shoe.

I think this is the year they beat one of the two, so I'm hoping its Michigan.

How Manny Diaz keeps getting coaching jobs just make me SMH

When a coach isn't successful at Texas it's natural to conclude he sucks, and that perspective tends to stick with us.

When Georgia hired Stacy Searels as their OL coach, I was surprised for the same reason, but apparently he has done OK for himself since leaving Texas.

I'm not so sure I agree.

I think they would want Mich to lose so they can start a full investigation and audit. If Mich is selected for the CFP, then the B10 has a huge problem in that they indirectly facilitated creating an invalid CFP. If Mich is found guilty after the season (next year) and they have to vacate games, then the B10 is complicit in destroying the CFP process (selection) for this season, including one of their own programs (Ohio St) who would certainly be selected if undefeated.

They also could require Michigan to vacate all prior wins, but not those after Stalions left the program, still leaving osu with a loss.
