2024 Recruiting Board/Thread

Checking out 24/7 site and saw a article top 10 recruits abd where they are commited. Geo-2, A$M-2, Fla. -2 Texas -1 Tt-1 Clem. -1 and ou-1. Black is #11

Fla. and Clemson keep loseing flip?
IT has been reporting that Corian Gipson is very solid to Clemson, despite their struggles.

Wardell Mack is definitely a flip target. We also want Florida to fade based on some guys they are trying to flip from us (Gibson and Robinson)

Based on our '25 and '26 targets, Florida and LSU are the teams we would benefit from the most if they had subpar seasons.

Would love to flip Wardell Mack. Him and Koby Black to finish off this year's db class would be outstanding.

Per IT, DT Dominick McKinley and his family have been invited to the Kansas State game.

There are no set plans yet, but Texas will stay in contact.

CB Kobe Black told IT he's planning a commitment ceremony soon for his family and friends.

He's a maybe to be in Austin this weekend for the K-State game.

247 reporting TE Elija Lofton of Las Vegas, NV has plans to be in Austin this weekend.

Texas offered long ago, but he chose Miami over the summer.

About time Kobe. You've been a silent long enough.... Calculator!

Other than LB Smith do the aggies have any one Horns need. Plus does flips count as recruiting? Motr like upping the NIL.

TFB said today don't count on a flip from McKinley. Texas is not pushing until he decides to decommit or visit.

Read on 247 that Kobe Black will NOT be in Austin this weekend for the KST game, but Baker will be. I guess there is a slight chance Deandre Carter could join Baker.

2 thoughts regarding this update/non-update:

1. I think, much like the Wingo case, Kobe Black has already committed to Texas. He is doing things on his time table and doesn't really talk to anyone.;

2. If DeAndre Carter makes it into Austin this weekend, then he is gonna flip, imo.
