Has anybody else heard of this?
He has nothing to lose by committing to Missouri right now:
IT guys talked about it. Apparently it started 8/1 and kicks in once you sign financial paperwork with the instate school. Works to the player's advantage as it binds the school to tge player's, but not the player to the school.
That is very strange.Someone on another board said the Missouri legislature passed a law that allowed HS students to get NIL but only if they signed a letter of intent with a Missouri school. Has anybody else heard of this?
It's true. A kid can verbal to Mizzou or another Mizzou school and get NIL monies starting in HS. The school is obligated once the kid commits. That is very strange.
