if he wants to be a HC, OC is typically the next step.   

Certain guys seem to be most comfortable in a position coaching role. Guys like Bo Davis and Kyle Flood don't seem like they aspire to be coordinators or HC. I get the sense with Choice as well but it's still early in his career so who knows. Compared to a guy like Brennan Marion, who clearly was looking for make the next step up the ladder when an opportunity came around. I never expected him to be at Texas longer than 1-2 years.

No I think you win the napkin ring holders.....I guessed 4.4 or faster and some dude on FB told me that he would run 4.5-4.6

wasn't there a former poster that predicted UT would also have 10-12 guys drafted..sorry I couldn't resist the low hanging fruit

Thoughts on the roster . . . 

– J'Mond Tapp is now 261 lbs. A 20 lb increase from Fall.

– Alfred Collins is at 313 lbs. A 20 lb increase from Fall.

– Kriss Ross was 263 last fall. He is now at 246 lbs.

– Sydir Mitchell is 6'6, 359 lbs.

– Ethan Burke is 6'5, 250 now.

– The freshman OL are huge. Stroh 365 lbs, Kirkland 367 lbs, Cojoe 350 lbs, Chatman 299 lbs.

Kyle Flood is our offensive coordinator (at least in title).  That said, your point is well taken.

Now that the school has published the spring roster, I updated the table with numbers and put it in the pinned thread as well.

I have a total of 88 scholarship players, including the entire '23 class.

Tapp is a DE. I think Ross was in line for DT if he had added weight but now will be moved to DE.

The weights were actual weights taken before camp began.

IT had hinted recently that Ross' commitment to getting bigger wasn't necessarily the best.
