Rice didn't have a good outing tonight. Add that it looked like they got a lot pf offensive rebounds.  Hopefully we get Mitchell going soon, but 1 rebound and no points tonight I believe.

Maybe going to Ames on Tuesday will help Hunter break out of his slump.

On the news last night, they said he was loudly boo'ed every time he touched the ball. He also didn't have the best shooting night looking at his stats.

Speaking of bad shooting nights, the news also stated Texas went ~10 mins in the 2nd half with no made baskets. Kind of hard to win games when you can't hit a bucket.

They gotta find a way to get Mitchell more involved with the offense. 

In watching the game last night (and this season for that matter) this team doesn't have a go to scorer when they need it.  I saw too many times they just dribbled around the perimeter and then hurried a shot by Carr or a last second drive to generate something.  Carr has been solid this season.  Was hoping Hunter would be that guy to get whatever shot he wanted.

The offense is moving some and not standing around, but it seems to be unproductive movement a lot of the times where they end up back in the same spots.

I'll say one thing, this team is gritty.  Carr, Allen, Rice and Bishop are the energy leaders for this team.

Really waiting for Hunter, Morris Mitchell to catch their groove.  All 3 of them haven't quite lived up to the hype.

Well, it was a win. Not a thing of beauty, but with now 3 road wins in this conference is big.  Now, beat Okie Lite on Tuesday or Wednesday.  Then get ready for 4 big time tests with 3 on the road.

Remember, WV beat TCU earlier this week who just destroyed Kansas in their house. A win on the road in the Big XII is huge, I'll take it.
