It’s amazing to me that it seems like nearly every Longhorn beat writer is happier when Texas loses or something bad happens. It may be just me seeing that but it’s almost like they want a “gotcha” moment. Newspapers aren’t that profitable anymore so I guess they need clicks.

Totally agree, guess they don't want to be labelled "homers" but that is the team you follow. 

I believe some posters are like that too. They rather bitch about something than be happy. It's a strange world out there my friend, a strange world.

I think it just comes with the territory at AAS. That paper has always been off.
