Centers do not block DTs. They will be assigned backside responsibility, but that could be anyone, not specifically the DT.

The center cut the DT and the LG took him on high. In game 13. Maybe centers don't take on DT on well coached teams, but that was the chop block penalty. 2 yards rushing. What OC can't scheme better than 2 yards rushing against a 6-6 team? Face it, our offense was an abortion that didn't develop at all during the season.

If a junior high Qb did nothing but handoffs the whole game we probably would have had roughly the same amount of rushing yards. We could have taken Swoopes out and had a backfield of Gray, Brown and Daje running the triple option all game and been more productive on offense.

As much potential and momentum as we have in recruiting right now, I dont think the record will be much better next season.  Brown, Dodds and Powers left us in pretty sad shape.

I think they spent the time perfecting their hale bale tossing technique because judging from tonight's results the time definitely wasn't spent preparing for Arkansas

What a truly disgusting game.  I am still in a disbelief mode after what I just witnessed.

Sorry, but I could have played better QB  tonight than Swoopes, seriously... tentative, no fire, no passion, no leadership, no will to win IMO.  He had one zone read that he handed off and ALL of you saw the replay, he should have kept the ball - he would have run for a TD probably standing up... VY would have. 

OL sucked, very little Daje , no Shipley, RB's could not get any blocks. 

Duke, seriously dude?  Defense made a lot of mistakes but hung in there....

So much did not work and needs to be fixed CS -  I don't envy you Coach.
