I would be willing to bet that doc did not mean that the way it came out. I also would be willing to bet that doc is not attempting to blame the young lady in any form or fashion. My take on what he is saying is that we are all responsible for the situations that we put ourselves in. That is a different issue from rape. Good judgement, bad judgement ... that can be debated ad naseum, but no kind of judgement provides a justification for crimes of violence, of which rape is one, last time I heard.
Also, J.B. as the situation has been described, Meander was also a perpetrator. She might have agreed to go to his room with him initially, but Meander allowed Kendall into the room, and then assaulted her along with him. Her judgement regarding Meander's character or lack thereof can surely be questioned, but that does not make her responsible in any way for the rape.
