The Longhorns were able to respond when their backs were against the wall and win 63-56 against the Red Raiders. In addition, Longhorns quarterback Sam Ehlinger finished the game with six total touchdowns. However, Texas’s special teams had three huge mistakes that gave Texas Tech some momentum. With some luck, the Longhorns were able to overcome a 15 point deficit with just over three minutes to go in the fourth quarter. After the game, I recorded a quick reaction video to share some of my thoughts about the close contest.
