The Texas Longhorns find themselves sitting at #15 in the Associated Press Preseason Top 25 Poll which was released Saturday morning. Big 12 schools among the list of 25 include Oklahoma (4th), West Virginia (11th), Texas (15th), Oklahoma State (19th), TCU (20th) and Kansas State (22nd).  Filling out the remainder of the top 5 were USC (1st), Alabama (2nd), LSU (3rd), and Oregon (5th). Like the Big 12 the Southeastern Conference shows 6 teams in the top 25, with 5 of them being ranked in the top 10.
