Ranked the No. 3 overall player in Texas, the No. 16 player nationally, and the No. 2 ATH in the 2026 class per 247Sports, Bishop Jr. once again proved why he’s considered the top two-way player in the country.
Bishop Jr. made his presence felt in all phases of the game:
Defensively, playing free safety, he delivered timely tackles, including a key stop on Forney five-star RB Javian Osborne and sealed the game with a clutch, game-ending interception.
Offensively, he was unstoppable with 389 total yards and four touchdowns, including a rushing score. He also showcased elite awareness and versatility by converting two fake punts for first downs that kept critical drives alive.
