He does but it is my understanding that if he transfers to a Big12 school he forfeits one of the years, that is if Tech would even allow him to transfer to a Big 12 school.

none of that matters.... he graduated from Tech and go to any school he wants for his Masters.. he can play football for that school as long as they offer a Masters in something Tech does not offer
