Will the ACC try and keep FSU & Clemson while adding others?

Hearing many things as I try to keep up with it but this morning FSU President Eric Barron again said that it did not come up today at the BOT meeting and that they are not looking to move. I am starting to doubt this will happen anytime soon. They try and shuffle things around and make room for a handful of other schools, including Notre Dame, in the ACC and the realignment scheme for the 4 majors is up in smoke.

Their AD attends the BCS meetings and participates in the discussion. I find it amusing as hell. Once FSU comes over the Domers will be back up against the wall and will have to move.

So your contact has to be non-affiliated with either program or else he would not be able to speak for one or the pther with authority. Unless you are linked in to Swofford then I cannot see how your source would be correct?

The Notre Dame imminent shift to Olympic sports in the Big12 is huge. It is a statement about where the Irish foresee an athletic future for the football program if they ever choose to make a move. Also turns the heat up on Florida State, Clemson and a host of other schools that see the writing on the wall and the importance of a strong conference affiliation.

There are now rumors blowing around that ND will move the Olympic sports to the ACC.
