If Ash is the sole quarterback then Mack should be fired. After the OSU performance McCoy should be given a shot to perform. I vote for Case.

I think Mack will give McCoy the start and allow him to play more than he has in any other previous games and let Ash see some action as well.

I think McAsh is back in town and will play with the Hamburglar leading the wideouts in catches. Seriously I think this would be a good opportunity for one kid to play and build confidence in himself with a win over a bad Kansas team. Mack will go with the two headed monster though and he might do this for many more games.

I figure Ash will get the start but Case will play about half the snaps, or at least that's what Mack and Harsinwhite have said thus far.

I would like to see Case get the majority of the snaps though, just to see of he can get some momentum going. I think the main problem with playing 2 QBs is neither can really get into a rhythm.

I would say the 2 qb system doesn't work but hell, look at LSU. Jefferson came back from the suspension and Miles threw him right in. Both him and Lee threw td passes last week in the win over Auburn. This is not good logic, I know because Texas doesn't have the defense LSU has!

I hate f@#kin LSU and that retard, grass eating coach. I keep waiting for him to pull some kind of stupid shit like he always does, but I have to admit, the do look pretty damned good this year. I hope Bama bashes the shit outta them on the 5th though.

I was listening to ESPN Austin just to keep in touch with the old place. Seems Case refused to go into the OU game and told anyone listening he was transferring next season. Then Mack comes out and says both he and Ash will play the rest of the season.

Not sure if its damage control or not. I really don't think they have just a lot of faith in either QB right now since they are both young and inexperienced.

Yeah, I heard he was acting like a little brat about the whole thing. The "I am going to transfer" rhetoric is getting really old from Case. He has sang this tune multiple times since he has been at UT and it is a shame. Mack wants to keep him happy, sure, but at this point time for the sweet baby james act to END.

Connor Brewer, yes - still in the picture. A commit and his sister is on the swim team at UT. He is supposedly a stud. If he can bring his teammate Andrus Peat with him to Austin we would be in EXCELLENT shape.
