If the LHN doesn't have a deal in place to offer programming to the masses, or at least to folks subscribing to the major carriers (Time Warner or Comcast) then there might be hell to pay from fans.

Wescott Eberts over at BON is a guy I like because he is a workhorse. He had an article that mentioned Kirk Bohl's anonymous source telling him (Bohls) that Time Warner is interested in purchasing the LHN or partner with ESPN on the endeavor. Also mentioned was the fact that Time Warner has no plans to carry it (LHN) as it stands now.

What say you? Will the LHN be offered to "the masses" prior to football season?

Bohls' "sources" were also telling him the BCS university presidents wouldn't come to an agreement on a playoff format until September.

I sent Bohls a scathing email in 1997 because he was so off base on something that it made my blood boil. He is fallible and his sources are too...
