What will the new coach's first week look like?

Despite who the new coach is, although I realize depending on the coach the first week could look somewhat different, what will his priorities be and in what order?

Does he interview the existing staff and determine if any are worth keeping or does he want to bring in/hire all "his/new" people?

If he keeps any of the current staff is their first assignment to contact the kids they have recruited and keep them committed or does the new coach want to review their films himself. Will he have time for this?

Does he hire his coordinators the first thing or reach out to all the recruits and introduce himself and let them know what kind of coordinator/position coach he will hire or possibly keep from the existing staff?

Does he wait until his staff is in place to introduce them formally to the recruits (assuming they are not existing staff)?

Is a new S&C coach one of his first hires?

Does he stand in front of DKR's statue and reflect on the task before him?

How many BMD's will grace his office the first week?

I have no idea just wondering what y'all think his first week might look like.

I'm not sure about the rest, but if it's Saban, he's going to spend the first week sifting through death threats from Bama fans.

Truer words have never been spoken. I guess his first assignment might be to contact the Vatican and see about purchasing the Popemobile if it's available. Part of his contract should include a minimum of 2 doubles be provided by UT so there's always multiple sitings of NS on any given day.

I think the Big Money Derps will stand back for a bit and let the man do his job.

He's got to be introduced, and anyone outside of Nick Saban has to win the press conference. He's got to engage the fan base or at least make even the naysayers and Mack-0-philes think "you know, I'll give him a chance".

From there, the next thing is to review whats left, fire accordingly and hire accordingly.

After that, its trying to sell Malcolm Brown on coming back another year.

Then, once he has his new Offensive Coordinator in place, theyve got to sit down and do a ton of thinking on David Ash and QB situation. I am still of the belief Ash cant be relied on to be a starter next year, but will be a key backup or situational player. The head injury has to be taken into account.

Once that has been somewhat cleared, its all about getting the recruiting class done and dealing with a few likely decommits and offer pulls.
