I know many have talked about why they came here to HS and thanked Aaron, McPhaul, and team for getting this site to where it is. That was the catalyst to bringing so many of the great posters that had been scattered across the multiple communities after time and time getting attacked on various sites.

What makes HS truly special is that despite the vial ugliness of the few over the last few days, this was the one place I could come and feel comfortable posting my thoughts and talk to some of the great posters of the last 15 years. The people that have settled in here are what has taken this great idea setup by the HS crew to being THE place to be.

You know maybe we will never get as many members as OB, because HS has mad it clear that we are not dealing with the trash. However we will get the best and will grow a ton, just because of that.

So for all the times everyone has gave a very well deserved 'thanks" to the HS, I wanted to also say THANKS to all the great posters who make this site great and kept themselves from joining the mob last night in trashing the guys brining us what they hear.

Posted this from the phone so please forgive spelling mistakes.

* high five *

When I read Chip Brown's cocky report last night, "we were right and TOS was STILL reporting Saban. Even on Friday," and all of the nasty comments being thrown around by some members there, and even on IT, I thought: thank GOD I found HS first.

Exactly what I like about HS. I loved OB because it was a great community. However it has turned in to a out of control beast.

I like this community because people treat each other with respect. It's okay to disagree with someone IMO, but it's never okay to forego treating someone with dignity and worth.

Agreed! I will take it a step further and say that it would be boring if we didn't disagree on things. However just because you disagree, even strongly, you can still be an adult about it.

This site has a bunch of people who know how to discuss and argue, not fight.
