Yea John is the one that might come, evidently fatigued by the NFL grind

Of course take a look at Jim, He was HC at a small D-1 school, had success, then got the opportunity at Stanford. That is the kind of guy you might want A success at a smaller D-1 school like DeRuyter at fresno, the guy at Ball St, or Anderson at Wisconsin ( previously did well at Utah St) those are the up and comers that have the potential to do really well at UT. Much Llike Briles has done with his opportunity, you might have to hunt for that guy, but he is out there
