Way too early 2022 predictions

Can freshmen contribute? Also must lose the second half syndrome.

After picking us to win week after week, I picked us to lose to K-State. Apparently, I just need to be pessimistic for us to win. LOL, I'm really just taking one for the team at this point.

I see seven wins on next season's schedule. ULM, UTSA, WVa, OU, Iowa St, TCU, Kansas.

OU is going to have a bad year. They lost way too much at the skill positions.

I'm in the same boat with Mike on this one as far as expectations go. I'm avoiding the letdown and expecting no more than 6 wins until I see some actual results.

It comes and goes....Jeeze!....even Charlie Strong beat OU once...

Card starts the first two games again. Ewers takes over by the end of the first quarter against Alabama and never looks back. We play 'bama closer than expected (only lose by a couple of TDs in a shootout), then we start kicking ou's butt for at least a decade.

I think Ewers takes the reins early in spring training and Card transfers out in May or June.

It is my fervent hope that we have an honest and open QB competition this year just like last year. Sark said then that he wanted both QB's to make it hard on him to make a choice. They did. Sadly I think it was because neither stepped up. Thompson might have been good, but he got hurt and never fully recovered.

If Card can press Ewers....good! If he can beat him out...Great! If he starts just because someone has to....crap!

If Ewers can simply run away with it....thats sublime!
