OB is saying Harrison is telling people that he will RS this year and return next year. 

I've also been seeing on forums that John Harris might be able to get a 6th year. He only played the first 3 games his RS FR year, and missed the rest of the season due to an injury. I don't know enough about medical redshirts but it's being discussed as a possibility.

Weren't there reports in fall camp that Harrison was our best O-lineman? I don't think there's a doubt he can play in comparison to what we currently have on the O-line. It's more a matter of can the kid stay out of trouble.

No, at least not to my knowledge. . . all I have heard (from a very good and real insider source) is that he is out of shape and unprepared. .

Same as I've heard, plus, there were/are things he was directed to do and has not completed yet.

No we don't need bodies. Thats our problem now. We have bodies and NOT "players". I'd just as soon see these guys leave and bring in REAL TALENT.

In football, nothing personifies teamwork like o-line play. If all five guys know exactly what the other four will be doing and where, that trumps individual talent in most cases.

Harris has already graduated. I don't see him returning next year. Tank may be the only one that returns next year via the extra year of eligility route due to injury. I'd love to have all the guys back that might be eligible but I just don't see it.

Is Dom Espinosa eligible for another year? As far as Harrison goes we are probably better served cutting ties and opening up another scholarship for a Strong recruited player. I'm all for all of our injured or previously injured guys to come back if able, would be great for leadership and depth. I agree about Harrison. I don't think he'll ever see the field at Texas again. He was however helping us recruit this weekend with Cecil Cherry from Florida. cherry's brother played at Conta Costa C.C. with Harrision.

Things have been quiet on the Burt side today. He was at Auburn this past weekend when they shit the bed and handed aggie a win.

Dom can apply for another year but heard he won't. Tank will be back next year for sure is what I was told. Harrison is a crap shoot. He has a chance still but well yeah big but.
