Just another reason why Texas is a premier job. If you want a chance to win big why not come here and face less talent every week? If you're a coach like Saban or Malzahn and have to face the SEC West gauntlet why deal with that when you can come to Texas and cherry pick more talent than everyone else and have neat a free ride to the playoffs? The decision is easy. The money only makes it better.
