Ive read they are going to talk to Jim Mora tomorrow, and probably get their answer quickly. That was his "dream" job, so it could scratch another one off the alleged list of Texas candidates

that would be interesting. I would think UCLA is a better job, but they historically dont pay big money for coaches

They are cheapskates for sure.

I would think the easier path would be at Washington. No 100lb gorilla right across town fighting for the same kids. Better facilities in my opinion.

Sure going to be a lot of Coach jumping to a lot of schools.

Word is Jim Mora has been offered the UW job and exit negotiating is underway with UCLA

Just means that Saban really needs to happen or else our search could have to start completely over.

If Saban doesn't come (and I think he does by the way), Mora going to Washington might force us to actually search and look at a guy like James Franklin who I think would KILL it here. Or maybe the Kirby Smart's or Chad Morris' of the world.

Looks like UCLA is playing their Aces to keep Mora in town. Be interested to see which set of donors has the balls to get the job done.

I don't think Mora passes on the UW job, but what the hell do I know

Dan Patrick also said USC was going to interview and go hard after Gruden and we saw how that turned out.
