It is a different game. But a lot of offensive innovation comes from 6-man. For example, many 6-man teams ran a spread offense, with shotgun snap in the 1960s.

I assume they ran the shotgun out of necessity since it appears the QB can’t run the ball if taking the snap under center. Weird game but still fun to watch.

Guess 6 man football has a run/mercy rule. Benjamin scored a TD in the 3rd quarter, and it was over, 82-34.

The QB cannot run past the line of scrimmage by rule. The formation we ran normally had the QB under center and 2 ends about 1 yard from the center. We also ran a "veer" with the QB under center and one receiver spread out to the sideline. Our version of the spread had the QB behind the 2 halfbacks with both ends spread to the sidelines. The snap usually went to a halfback who immediately pitched the ball to the QB. That allowed the QB to take off running if the receivers were not open.

The first half of Anna/ Tyler Chapel Hill is a massacre. CH has more penalty yards than offense, gave up a safety on bad snap to punter (over punter's head) and almost had another safety. Anna leads 26-0 at halftime.
