Interesting article about TCU's complete offensive overhaul that began with spring practice in 2014, lead by co-Offensive Coordinators, Sonny Cumbie and Doug Meacham. The moral of the story is offensive schemes can change within months. It's doable with the right coaching mindset and personnel who are eager to learn and get better.
Frankly, I see no reason why Jerrod Heard can't execute a similar offensive scheme. We'll see if Coach Strong and - more importantly - Watson makes the necessary adjustments this spring to adapt our personnel to their strengths.
