My Brother in Law sent this email to me and i loved it so i though i should share:
We have been friends for a long time. And in the past couple of years we have become even more than that. I consider you my Brother with or without the "Law". Which is why it is with a heavy heart that I must inform you that my bridges with you must be burned tomorrow.
Tomorrow, I have no Friend. Tomorrow, I have no Brother. Tomorrow, you shall be nothin more to me than a mere enemy. For far too long have I witnessed my brethren get many an ass-whuppin from your Comrades. But this time, this time....it will be different.
Our passes will Fly past your defenders like bolts of lighting from Zeus himself! The ground shall shake and quiver along with your hearts as the roar of 50,000 bears descends upon you. Your running backs will do nothing but crash into our defense like waves on the rocky shore, eager yet futile. You will look to your coaches for solace but will find none as the Baylor corner backs feast upon the still beating hearts of your receivers. Our defense will trap and attack your QB like ravenous wolves clawing at their fleeing prey. Our receivers will blaze past your defenders like Apollos chariot piercing the night sky. Mack Brown will draw back in fear and try to reassemble what is left of his army but Art Briles will show no mercy as he leads the charge, barreling through your decimated clan.
Tis' true that the familial ties that bind us are strong....Yet mightier still are the student loans that bind me to this University. I pray that our paths do not cross on the battlefield tomorrow, old friend. For if our eyes meet, so shall the cold steel of my sword against your flesh. War allows no such luxuries as friendship. Vengeance shall be dealt swiftly and without hesitation.
Kiss your daughter, hug your wife, and eat well tonight..........for when that coin strikes the field tomorrow.....we fight!
Godspeed and Adieu,
