I don't expect these big time commits that announce on tv to change but I can see other commits change their mind.

I dont know, if a second tier guy gets a great staff that will sway recruits minds as well. one of those three definitely help but a great staff also does wonders.imo

Texas will have a top ten class if a coach is announced by Tuesday, if it goes on then you can relegate us to a top 20 class maybe.

If one if the second tier guys were coming it would already be announced. They are waiting on first tier guys to decide.
