I am trying to... God knows I want to believe in him. But it appears weekly that the coaches arent keeping that very thing in mind when drawing up the game plans. 

Him not knowing the line to gain is not really on the coaches.  It's on him.  He'll learn, but he's going to have to learn on the fly. 

This week's game plan is an entirely different story.  I am also scratching my head about why we are so pass happy against this DL that's like Swiss cheese.

Swoopes will learn awareness with time. He needs to know where he is on the field and the line to get to. He doesn't juke that, he falls forward for a 1st down.

We don't have time, we need that first down now. He is 240, run over that guy!

Yep.  One running play called this half in two possessions. 

I don't know you, but you should probably have a cold beer and relax just a little bit.  Don't let this get you so worked up.  It's a process.

Ah you misunderstood me... I dont put that play on the coaches though somebody needs to tell him to run like a man. He def needs more field awareness cause he has done that very thing several times this year.

I am utterly dumbfounded by this gameplan... We will not run the ball to save our lives, meanwhile, the passing game is trash. I am more and more unimpressed with with Shawn Watson as the season rolls on. He calls some terrible games. You play against the 104 ranked run D YOU RUN THE DAMN FOOTBALL!

Ahhhahaha... I shouldnt let this get me as amped up as it does but there are few things that I love more than college football and even less that I love more than my Longhorns. I understand its a process, but we seem content on making this the most painful process possible. IMO it seems that the coaches really struggle with gameplanning for the players strengths rather than "square peg round hole hit hard" types of gameplans. 

Ill take an extra breath but these games are entirely more painful and frustrating than they should be. ;-)

In the first quarter we were hitting everything that move hard, now we are just hit and miss and I think miss is winning.

Great series of terrible play calls and passing... How can Watson be calling such a shitty game? Are we playing against Iowa St or Alabama?
