I completely agree.

When you hear Strong say "we just didn't execute", this is what he means. The offense never found it's rhythm in too many games.

Yes and Strong is not going to change offenses

Look, to win a job like the Texas job, you have to believe in yourself and you stick with it. CEOs have big plans and they stick with it even during the rough times. Now that doesn't mean they shouldn't call plays that are more successful with a certain QB over the other but I think they did try to do that.
