5-1 Kansas still in the top of the 9th. Wheels coming off here in the 9th.

Really wasn't much he could do. Had to make a quick side arm toss, didn't have time to make the throw. Either had to make an incredible play at home or go to first and give up the lead.

He had plenty of time. Hard bunt to his throwing side. He bobbled it, got it stuck in his glove, then tried a backhand flip.

Horrible play.

Texas loses 6-1. Play Dallas Baptist on Tuesday who isn't bad. Then we have a 3 game series with a bad Columbia team who is 4-7 on the year. Should get 4 wins here, and no worse than 3-1. Excellent chance to move to 19-6 on the year.

No way he had enough time to come over hand with that. Not only that, he was off balance. Only play he could make there was to flick it home.

This team is excruciating to watch. Just like the last few years. Our lack of offense is disgustingly bad.

he had time. he had him dead to rights. tough play, but makeable. he didn't make it.
