How many pitches did French throw on Friday?  Is he available for relief today?

I like it that Garrido is going with the core group that gives the team the best chance offensively. No tinkering & no hunches.

I do not know how many pitches he threw but my guess is he will not be available until tomorrow.

If there is a tomorrow.

Bear, repeat after me, "There will be a tomorrow."  "There will be a tomorrow."

Remember, this is baseball...

From yesterday (re: DBU's pitcher):

While we wait, let's talk about the enemy:

DBU will start RHP Cory Taylor - he's a mid 90's fastball guy but will mix in a curve & slider to keep guys guessing. He'll need to throw some breakers for strikes, or Texas batters will sit on fastballs. Taylor will give up walks if Texas lays off pitches out of the zone.

DBU's bullpen is very good - two guys threw a couple innings in last night's loss, but their war daddy/closer (Koch) didn't throw.

Their offense has gaudy stats. How much of those stat's are from playing in a weak conference is my question.

Lot's of firepower in that lineup.  Now, let's go get 'em!

Hook 'em!

Just a quick heads-up; I will be relocating the broadcast booth after the first game.

Baby Back Ribs will be going on the pit and Command Control Center will be in the Man Pit.

So if you're looking for me, you'll know where to find me.

Going to put on my Longhorn shirt.  Now!

Done...play ball!
