I have long been in the camp that Mack should be replaced, but I would still have liked to see him go out on top. The program has been in the gutter for 4 years, but Mack still did an incredible job in building the program.

The problem was, if we had won, Mack wasn't leaving. Now it is inevitable, it's sad and painful but this needed to happen for the longterm health of our program
