Texas Tech's Tuberville leaves, joins Cincy as head coach

The Red Raiders lost their head coach today when it was announced Tommy Tuberville had accepted the head coaching job at Cincinnati. Yes, I said Cincinnati.

Is the Cincy job really that much better than the one in Lubbock?? I know Tech has had several issues over the last couple of years but, WOW.

The Tech recruits could be compromised now and not sure if they have anyone committed Texas might be interested in. I would check the qb commits though.... LOL.

Now apparently Texas Tech has rallied enough cash to assist the Briles buyout from Baylor (assuming Briles is interested in Tech). I think Kingsbury would be a good fit in Lubbock.....

Now Tubby is apparently pulling 2012 offers without notifying the recruits themselves and leaving them hanging out to dry less than a month before NSD.
