Horns had an opportunity to get a baserunner with 2 outs in T8, when Todd was hit in the helmet with a pitch.  Blue somehow calls him back, and upon video review determines that he didn't get hit.  Completely bogus call.  Todd is then rung up later in the AB with a pitch down/away.
