And is O'Donnell supposed to be enrolling in August? On the team for next year?

In Baseball, there are two signing periods, the normal one(Early Signing Period) starts in the Middle of November, this is the one that about 90% of the players sign.

Then there is a 2nd one in Spring, I can't remember that actual start date.

Nico is part of the 2017 Class that will be here in August.

They have some wiggle room for (Fall enrollees) 2017 due to the draft losses.  The (Fall enrollees) 2018 class is pretty full.

MIF Bryson Smith, will transfer from Western Kentucky where he played his Freshman year. He will have to red-shirt next year.

The Sammy Faltine kid (16 yrs. old, but committed to UT when he was 15) is tearing them up in fall select.  He pitches (92 mph.) and plays SS and LF.  He is fast as well - 6.70 in the 60 YD. dash).  He plays for Ft. Bend Travis HS. 

I don't think Texas will ever see him as he is trending to go pro after HS.

The Horns add a big RHP this morning. 2018 Owen Meaney out of Houston St Thomas HS. He was formerly an LSU commit.
