Game 2 of the opening weekend series is here and your game thread for chatter is right here.

Solid performance last night. Only bad was the 3 errors.

One of them, the play at the plate, was a bad call by home blue.  Nonetheless, first live game of the season, and first series of the season for the most part, there is going to be some rust that needs to be knocked off.  As this team progresses, (esp the younger guys,) I expect to see overall cleaner game play. 

A few things I'll be watching today:

• Ardoin behind the dish
  
• Faltine both at the plate and at SS
  
• Hodo at the plate-does he make adjustments
  
• Stehly at the plate-can he keep up the momentum.
  
• Madden on the hill-how will he look in his first start

Yes, but I prefer to listen to Moreland on the radio call and mute the Rice broadcasters.
