Baker's dad will not let him go anywhere without being on full scholarship. That was part of the Tech issue -- timing of scholarship commitment - which evidently changed in the eyes of the Mayfields.

I don't know since he is walking on as opposed to taking a scholarship.

I don't believe for one second that the OU Staff did not recruit him once they knew he was looking to transfer.

Rule 6.5 says that an athlete that transfers within the conference must sit a year plus he or she losses a year of eligibility. This includes walk-ons from what I understand.

If he is really a top flight baseball player, the kid needs to go to Rice or he could always go to agy since they are not a conference foe.

Tech did not have a OL. The kid had some success this year and had Tech in the top 10 at one point.
