JB...Do you think Jerrod is similar to your playing style? I know this is a different era, however I see some of the same intangibles that you possessed as a player. Both are winners! Hook 'EM! RIP Bevo XIV! Best mascot in the country!

Did you hire that girl that Morenz tried to carry down the apartment steps? Seriously though, how was the competition between Shea and you for the starting QB spot? Did you push each other to succeed, learn from each other?

Who were the other schools who offered you scholarships? Who did you consider other than Texas before deciding to go with the good guys? Any other scholarship QBs come in with you as a freshman? Dutton, Clements on the roster? Those guys transferred at some time and were successful at other schools. Any thoughts on all of the quick transfers by QBs who don't get the starting job? Obviously not a new phenomenon based on those two guys.

What was your fastest 40 time? What offense did you run in highschool, and was the transition difficult learning a college offense under Macovic who had NFL ideology on offense?
