Sophmore Longhorn Pitcher John Curtiss will miss the season

Reports are out that he has Tommy John surgery and will miss the entire upcoming season. This is a blow to the team which hoped to get the pitching staff back on track and healthy to start the year. If you recall Curtiss had what appeared to be a muscle strain at the end of last season and left the Big 12 tourney game. That popping sound he heard was not good.
