Clemson over Bama was not the same as Texas over USC

Close exciting game....but when you look at the stats it looks like a total beat down....especially when you consider that 70 of Bamas yds came on one blown coverage play.

I would not have thought anyone could drop over 500 yds on that  vaunted Bama defense.

Did anyone else find Kirk Herbstreit annoying last night? It was like he was pissed at Clemson for destroying his Buckeyes. I lost count of how many time he brought up the fact that Watson looked rattled early in the game. He didn't look rattled, he was running for his life cause his OL was getting beat by Bama's D.

Great game last night. Both teams were without a doubt the best 2 in college football.

But after the winning TD the whole Clemson crowd started chanting SEC for a good 5 minutes. Was pretty funny

Bama averaged a half yard more per play than Clemson did.
