We had our chances, had a runner in scoring position 2 times in a row with the winning run and left them there. Really wanted to beat Tennessee dang it.

2025 NCAA Baseball Tournament Bracket: Projected Field Of 64 (May 23)

With college baseball conference tournaments underway, Baseball America presents daily updates to its Field of 64 bracket projection.

As of today. They still have Texas as the 1 seed which would hypothetically mean they have the easiest road. Specific matchups may be better or worse of course but we should have a great chance in the regional.

Supers are going to be tough regardless.

1st. Don't read or concern yourself with a projected 64 until Sunday night.

2nd. Did anyone see the car crash of the 2 Ole Miss outfielders on friday aftternoon? If not, betting it's on YouTube. How either of those guys wasn't carted off is amazing in itself.

On Saturday, both Vandy hosting fake ut, and LSU hosting Ole Miss are interesting. Both fake ut and Ole Miss are fighting to host a regional. Vandy if possible to win it all could possibly move to 1st or 2nd. LSU winning it all could jump to 3rd. UNC can't jump anyone other than Vandy. The committee has shown this for several yrs. now. Wouldn't be all that opposed to losing the top spot as the overall #1 in the baseball tournament to Omaha has only won 2 times in the last 25 yrs. So, let anyone else be #1.

As for Dallas Bapists, not certain if they go into the Ft. Worth regional but that is were most have put them. As for fake ut they might be hosting. Not certain that Ole Miss is a team we want to face, but they would have to get thru a regional 1st. Besides we truly won't know until Monday.
