He played well overall, not spectacular but solid. He showed the ability to move in the pocket which they said the other QB (Ryan) doesn't do. His stats were 17 of 23 for 201 yards w/no INTs or TDs. He had 6 rushes for 15 yards and 1 fumble. In the 4th with mo on their side and the lead they were driving and he had one pass that hit the leading WR of the Colts right in his hands but he dropped it. I thought the offense was pretty conservative but I guess with a QB making his first start ever it was expected. Late in the game the Colts had 4th & about 6 inches with a 6 point lead. Instead of going for it they punted and Washington drove down and scored with about 25 seconds left.
If I were to grade him, I'd give him a B+.
