Roger Clemens Mistrial

The Rocket received a slight reprieve today with the mistrial but he will be back in court at some point. It is tough to see it but he needs to face the music.

Face the music? I will agree when the bankers and Wall Street face the music. We are broke but we seem to find money to prosecute the Martha Stewart's, Barry Bonds and Roger Clemons of the world. Perjury should be used when there is a result for lying and not for an agenda.

The word is millions were spent and the gov. lawyers turned over every rock in Houston and found this one guy who saved his blue dress. I hope he and Bonds get off and the government gets back to it's work of screwing up averages Americans lives.

They have to prosecute him, like they did Bonds. I hate to say if they didn't then this could have turned into much worse. You do not lie to Congress, plain and simple, no matter what your views on the government are.

I respect and appreciate everything the Rocket did on the field but lying because your ego is too big is not cool.
