How sure are we that it actually was purchased by the Saban's? I do not know the answer.
I have owned more than 200 homes in the last 30+ years, and I am quite good at turning real estate.
Admittedly, I have never turned a property worth 6 mil., but I have been at close to 2. But one thing that I can tell you is that it ain't easy and under no circumstances can you do it long distance. The more expensive the property, the more difficult the project.
Real Estate Agents and contractors will bend you over unless you watch them like a hawk. You absolutely cannot accept any bid without getting competing bids. You cannot do it from 1,000 miles away.
Assuming the Sabans are in somewhat of a financial bind, if they actually purchased the home, it is for a place to live.
