I see we now have Elinger, Jett Bush and 2 others I cant remember right now.....What is up with that? I see that the FWK was charging $8000.00 to the families for getting their sons a PWO at various places. Was FWK invilved with our PWO's or did we just sign them up without his permission? If we did that does that lessen his leverage? I am somewhat serious asking this. I dont like what he brings to the table and cannot help but feel what he does is somewhat seedy. Is FWK and his ilk the future of college sports?

I read on another site that FWK is no longer welcome on our campus. Not sure if that is true or just wishful thinking.  Daniel?

What is the monetary value of "preferred walk-on" status, anyway?

Do these players get any financial aid whatsoever at first? Obviously, they've got to earn their keep. Just curious

FWK is not involved in any of the current PWOs on that have been posted, Parker Alford, Jett Bush , Jake Ehlinger, Doak Wilson, Chad Wolf, Sam Saxton , Nathan Hatter.

Not sure who is in charge of the PWO program, I thought last year when we got a couple it was Father Shipley. Regardless of who it is they and the staff are doing a GREAT job! One of these guys will make it on the field and a few of them could on STs.

Another possibility is Longhorn Legacy Davis Neil, DE. Seems like he is getting decent small school offers but not big enough. ULL, Arky St, Army, Brown.

Correct me if I am wrong, I am telling u based on personal experience from 20 years ago.  No financial aid, u pay your own way. u do participate in all team activities. Limited number can travel on away games but most usually don’t , unless it’s a Bu or Rice(down the road). U get the benefits of clothing, merchandise, and are required to do the study halls, team nesting and obviously practices
