Players have until Wednesday to take NBA offer

Wednesday will be the day the public (many of whom really don't give a shit) finds out if there will actually be an NBA season. Are the players being too damn greedy? Are the owners??

What is Derek Fisher doing leading the Players Union? This guy has about as much sense as a circus clown. They need someone in there with a realistic view of compromise. I fear the season will not happen because of the stubbornness of the players.

Both sides met for 12, YES 12 hours yesterday and no deal was reached. I would be very surprised if there is an NBA Season this year. Oh well. Mavs get to be champs for another year. If I were Kobe or Lebron I would start signing that deal with Greece or China or whomever to play overseas.

I am with the owners on this one. The tipping point to me is the mess in Miami and how Lebron was able to just leave, while destroying an entire franchise. If this continues, these thugs will all gravitate to three cities and the NBA will be dead.

I agree with King Beevomav. The NBA players are for the most part spoiled and I doubt the fans are going to feel too much grief for them. Maybe a sit-out for the season is what they need. They can get fat and live off of their multimillion dollar savings accounts. Those statements are not applicable to my Mavs however.
