Hearing JJ and powers are pushing to give mack till after the bowl game and consider him to finish what he started on the recruiting trail.
Is there a "looking for a rope and a tree to commit suicide" emoticon?

It has been posted but is just a smokescreen breh.Is there a "looking for a rope and a tree to commit suicide" emoticon?
I hope y'all are right. My pessimism is kicking in!It has been posted but is just a smokescreen breh.
Im sure Cujo was told that but with other reports out there thats hard to buy as why exactly would you keep Mack around to possibly keep recruiting for Texas when a new coach would want input to finish out the class? that makes no sense at all
and who is going to be out on the trail with Mack considering several staff members are rumored to be heading for the exits? I think people are just putting out smokescreens at this point. I cant see the BMD just sitting by while Mack is recruiting for a few weeks before he exits
Godwin's LawThere is no doubt in my mind that JJ and Powers are asking for this. There is also no doubt in my mind that the push back against it by the variopus power players, especially the BOR will be immense. I don't think they can save Mack at this point.
I really believe Mack is delusional, maybe like Hitler was right before the end of Germany in WW-2, he really believed that he would prevail right up until the Russians enetered Berlin. I think Mack has that same mindset, he just can't believe that it is over.
Cujo, didn't know you posted here! lol. Sorry. You rang!!!!!!!!!!
anyways, this info came along this morning as someone asked yesterday if some people were "surprised" that BP and others were still so reluctant to keep MB...Email just mentioned that not only are they trying to stall it, but they really are pushing for Mack to stay. I guess they feel if by somehow mack pulls a rabbit out of his hat and finds a way to win against UO, it will change some minds to keep him, just like last year.
I repeat over and over, most of us dont realize how close MB was to be given the pink slip before the bowl game. I mean it was close. Close enough, that we had BMD guys talking to Saban and Sexton last year.
Do you guys think JJ and his crazy quotes are coming out just like that....I mean all year long and after wins and he didnt say a peep. Now all of the sudden Bohls is calling him for quotes??? No Fkn Way....they are orchestrating all this to try and buy Mack more time from what im gathering...
