I have been told that Suddes is most likely going to be retained.

I mentioned yesterday that Strong was meeting with some of the former staff members today.

Within the next day or two, we will start to hear the names of those former coaches that Strong has elected to stay on.

The RB coach Porter & OL Searles are said to have a 50/50 chance of retaining their position.

We shall see?

I think keeping Suddes is a good move. At least in some sort of fashion for a year just to help the transition. I mean, we have the money, might as well have several of these type of guys stay on if it helps recruiting.

Suddes is a keeper. Id rather have all new coaches but like they say....... who are you.

I like Porter, could be a result of MB just being healthy, but having played RB I tend to believe that Porter had a hand is Brown's success this year. He ran w more lean, and made himself compact through traffic. While Major is a very good recruiter, I am not sure he was really making the back better. He coached them hard (from what I saw on LHN), but I think he had them depend on their God given ability. The backs seemed to have had a different attitude this year under Porter. I hope he comes back.

He should tell Akina his job depends on flipping Tony Brown. :)

Kidding aside, is it possible that he tells Duane Akina that his job depends on flipping Tony Brown? :)
